It has been a while, another 15th has passed…they never get easier. We started the day with some joy, a little box showed up with a new iPhone 6S Plus….we can skip the setting up the phone stories for a while. After getting the new phone set up, I went to pack up the old phone and sent it back. I had a great box, but no shipping label…..BIG MISTAKE…respect the holy bar coded label.
After 70 minutes on the phone with four different AT&T Wireless representatives….still no label…and the person that AT&T Wireless hired to test my patience was winning. Until she said….I don’t care who you think you are, you can ask the President of AT&T Wireless for the address, you are gonna have to wait until we send you a label just like everyone else. I had run square in to the rubber stamp conspiracy and it was going to give me any satisfaction. I would have let it go until the rep’s manager laughed when I asked for her to get this straightened out…her last comment was “when you do find the President of AT&T Wireless to ask him for the address to return your phone tell him I said hello.”
Well I love a challenge, so Ms. Williams…here is where the train lead me. Next time, perhaps you could just call and say hello yourself. [just in case someone else we know has a problem].
